Not yet. While top institutes like IITs and BHU have launched wellness apps, counseling programs, and mental health workshops, most colleges still lack proper support systems. Students face high stress, but stigma, poor awareness, and limited access to help stop many from seeking support. To truly help students, colleges need to invest in trained counselors, promote awareness, and make mental health a campus priority.
