Online degrees are improving fast—with flexibility, affordability, and access to top instructors. But in India, traditional colleges still hold more value due to their reputation, peer learning, and on-campus experience.
That said, hybrid models are rising, and platforms like SWAYAM, Coursera, and university-backed online programs are gaining recognition. For many, online learning is a great supplement, but not yet a full replacement—especially for practical or hands-on fields.
