  1. Check Eligibility Before Applying
    Ensure you meet the age, academic, and subject requirements .
  2. Use Valid Contact Details
    Provide a working email ID and mobile number. All official communications, including admit card download links and result notifications, will be sent through these.
  3. Keep Documents Ready in Advance
    Scan and keep digital copies of required documents such as:
    • Passport-size photograph (recent, as per specifications)
    • Signature
    • Left-hand thumb impression
    • Class 10 and 12 certificates (where applicable)
  4. Upload Correct Images
    Follow the official size and format guidelines for photos and signatures. Incorrect uploads are among the most common reasons for application rejection.
  5. Fill in Personal Details Carefully
    Double-check spelling of names, date of birth, and category details. Any mismatch with official ID proof may cause problems during exam day or counseling.
